Founder and CEO, Jay Caughron, PhD. is an Organizational Psychologist. He specializes in leadership, culture, and innovation. During his career he has helped organizations solve complex leadership problems with a thoughtful, yet direct approach. Jay maintains that leadership sets the direction and drives the momentum. Solving the leadership problem is at the core of most larger organizational challenges.
